Questions, answered

Find answers about scope, data, delivery and maintenance before discussing your next step.

Working together & product development

Can we start without a full specification?

Yes. Describe the users, tools, problem and intended outcome. We can clarify whether a prototype and further development are appropriate.

Must we replace existing systems?

Not necessarily. Review the software, data and interfaces first. Integration or targeted improvements may be enough.

How are scope and cost agreed?

Clarify the core workflow, data, integrations and acceptance criteria before agreeing delivery. Assess the impact of new requirements before changing priorities.

What about source code and maintenance?

Agree code and documentation handover, third-party licences, deployment and maintenance responsibilities and fees before work begins.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. Choose a workflow with clear roles, inputs and completion criteria, validate its use and data, then consider expansion.

What belongs in an MVP?

One complete core user journey, including the necessary data, permissions, error handling and outcomes, rather than every possible feature.

Can you integrate payments and membership?

Assess the market and provider interfaces, including notifications, duplicates, cancellation, refunds and access updates.

Why validate before development?

Prototypes and representative data help agree assumptions, usable results and scope before committing to the next stage.

AI, data & demonstrations

Will data reach an external AI model?

It depends on the model, deployment and data. Agree what may be shared, masked or kept internal, then check the provider’s actual processing arrangements.

How do you handle incorrect AI answers?

Retain sources, use representative tests and rules, and route missing evidence, exceptions and important actions for human confirmation.

What happens when data or synchronization fails?

Define checks, stopping conditions, bounded retries and notifications. Surface the cause instead of guessing missing values or retrying indefinitely.

Can automation work without an API?

Assess permissions and system limits. Supported exports, imports or batch files may be options; real-time connectivity is not assumed.

Do demos upload or store data?

Current rule demos use prepared examples in your browser. They do not upload, store, perform OCR or model inference, or grant operational approval.

Industry applications & critical actions

Can AI change accounts or make payments?

AI may prepare information and candidates. Accounting updates, payments and important changes require explicit authorization, rules and confirmation.

How do you handle currencies and differences?

Agree currencies, rate source, date and rounding rules before matching and review. Do not alter source amounts just to force a balance.

Can you connect production equipment?

First assess interfaces, authorization, safety and test conditions. Current website demos do not control equipment.

Can quality pass without a specification version?

Do not guess the specification. Obtain the missing basis before evaluation and follow the site’s quality-confirmation procedures.

Company & social impact

When was SENXOS founded, and what is the San Jose relationship?

The Wuhan company was established on 11 May 2026. San Jose describes the leaders’ study, development and collaboration, not a SENXOS-owned US branch.

How can we discuss social-impact support?

Call through the contact page. Free development and training depend on project conditions and resources; wearables and unstarted activities remain plans or exploration.

Do you have deployments in every industry?

Industry pages describe potential applications, not completed cases in every field. Published cases require genuine materials and permission.
